The Ontario business sector is working hard at increasing
productivity and becoming more competitive in the new global
economy. At the same time, people with disabilities are strongly
promoting their rights to full inclusion in all aspects of society.

business community, the Business Case for Accessibility shows how
business can better utilize people with disabilities, both as
employees and customers.
Ontario Employment Standards Information on the Employment
Standards Act, which sets out rules on such things as hours of work
and overtime pay, vacations with pay, pregnancy leave and parental
leave.
Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Provides information on
health and safety in the workplace.
Ontario Disability Support Program - Employment Support. The
Ontario Disability Support Program provides income support for
people with disabilities and employment supports for people with
disabilities who want to work. The Ontario Disability Support
Program meets the long-term needs of people with disabilities and
