PATH Enhanced Employment Services

A service plan is developed for PATH's clients with their ability in mind. Some clients are able to and will conduct a great deal of their job search with PATH's guidance and leadership. Enhanced Employment Services provides assistance to persons with disabilities to find paid, competitive employment through a "one counsellor to one client method".

• Customized marketing to specific employers.
• Creative initiatives such as job carving and job sharing.
• Support Services.
• Referrals for clients who are not yet job ready to service providers who can successfully prepare them through training or assessments.
