PATH Employment Services is one of Hamilton’s best kept secrets as a specialized human resources service for both job seekers and employers.  Fully funded by the government, we offer customized services at no cost to you.

PATH is a non-profit agency that’s been helping people with any kind of disability get jobs since 1972.  Disability is often a misleading and misunderstood term as we encourage you to appreciate that our focus is on the skills, talents, qualifications and truly the abilities of the individuals we work with.

If you are someone who has faced challenges in getting or getting back to work, I encourage you to contact us.  We may be able to help and if we can’t, we’ll refer you to another organization that can.  Your relationship with us will be different from what you might expect.  We will listen, stay in contact, provide you with the support you need and do our best to connect you to programs, services and job opportunities that fit for you.

We strive to be good at what we do.  In the past year we were thrilled to receive the ‘Diamond’ award as the best business/service-employment agency for the Hamilton Community News, Readers’ Choice Award.  We were also one of three finalists in the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Not-For-Profit Category for the Outstanding Business Achievement Award. 

PATH touches the lives of approximately 550 individuals per year and places about 340 in employment.  Jobs are the ‘life blood’ of PATH as jobs lead to income, independence and fulfilling lives.
