PATH Employment Services is a non-profit agency that’s been helping people with any kind of disability get jobs since 1972. 

 There’s a lot of good things happening at PATH these days.  We were thrilled to learn that we’re one of three finalists in the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Not-For-Profit Category for the Outstanding Business Achievement Award. 

We’re also thrilled to learn that we won as the best business/service-employment agency for the Hamilton Community News, Readers’ Choice Award.  It will be publicized in an end of March edition that PATH received the ‘Diamond” award.  Thanks to everyone that voted for us!

PATH touches the lives of approximately 550 individuals with disabilities per year and places about 340 in employment.  Jobs are the ‘life blood’ of PATH as jobs lead to income, independence and fulfilling lives. 

Since 2007 PATH has been working in partnership with the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME), Business Takes Action (BTA).  We are their partner in Hamilton and have collaborated with them in two important ways: helping Employers connect people with disabilities to their job openings and raising awareness on the employment interests and abilities of people with ‘dis’abilities.
